Last updated: April 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShiftPx at shiftpx.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShiftPx is a free, browser-based file processing toolkit that provides tools for image resizing, format conversion, compression, cropping, watermarking, and PDF conversion. All file processing occurs locally in your web browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Free Plan

All core features are available for free with no usage limits. ShiftPx is completely free to use.

4. User Responsibilities

When using ShiftPx, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the Service
  • Not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Ensure you have the rights to process any files you use with our tools

5. Intellectual Property

The ShiftPx name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of ShiftPx. You retain full ownership of all files you process using our tools — we claim no rights to your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShiftPx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • File processing results will be perfect in all cases
  • The Service will be compatible with all devices and browsers

7. Limitation of Liability

ShiftPx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Since all processing happens locally on your device, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during processing.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
